Common questions

Where is my data stored?

Your ledgers and entries are stored on your iPhone and in your iCloud (a group ledger is stored in its owner's iCloud). Our servers don't keep them. On a new iPhone, sign in with the same Apple Account and your data syncs back from iCloud.

How do I cancel HakaSafe Plus?

Apple manages subscriptions: open the iPhone's Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → HakaSafe. After you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.

Plus is gone after I changed phones or reinstalled

In HakaSafe, open Settings → Redeem code → Restore purchases.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles App Store purchases and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
